1. 3.1. Will we have a new NOC from Sat, Dec 21st to Sun, Dec 22nd in a Winter World Cup Events medal ranking 2024/2025 made by @Gianlu33 in a Winter Olympic Games Milano-Cortina 2026 News thread??? The correct answer is YES. Slovakia is a new NOC, Paulina Batovska Fialkova was 3rd in Biathlon - W Mass Start World Cup Event in Annecy - Le Grand Bornand. I'm not sure if there are any other new NOCs this weekend but it looks like Slovakia has joined the Gianlu33's medal table. Congrats! 2. 3.2. How many Italian athletes will be there in Top 30 of Alpine Skiing - Men's Downhill - World Cup Event, Val Gardena, ITA, Sat, Dec 21st? The correct answer is THREE. And it's ONLY three. Casse, Paris, Innerhofer. A very disappointing result imo. 3. 3.3. Who will be 31st (the first one to miss the cut) in Ski Jumping - Men's Individual Large Hill - World Cup Event - Engelberg, SUI, Dec 21st? The correct answer is AN ATHLETE REPRESENTING FINLAND. Niko Kytosaho was very unlucky this time. Noone guesse that. We're all losers. 4. 3.4. How many athletes will have no penalty loops in Biathlon - Men's 15km Mass Start - World Cup Event - Annecy-Le Grand Bornard, FRA, Dec 22nd? The correct answer is ONLY ONE. Johannes Kuehn GER who finished 8th. It looks like most of us were too optimistic here. 5. 3.5. How many athletes will have no penalty loops in Biathlon - Women's 12.5km Mass Start - World Cup Event - Annecy-Le Grand Bornard, FRA, Dec 22nd? The correct answer is THREE. Franziska Preuss GER, Hannah Auchentaller ITA, Martina Trabucchi ITA. Thanks for voting, everyone!!!

Noone guessed the AUGUST question correctly heh. But i think 1 point for USA and 1 point for China is ok.

You may find it interesting. Here in Poland, a plebiscite was organized for the Youth Word of the Year. And the winner is... SIGMA. "The term "sigma" is assigned to an individualist who does not live according to the traditional patterns prevailing around us. Sigma male is often defined as a person who has their own principles that they follow and does not need acceptance from society. "Sigma" is a description of a successful, self-confident, outstanding person who can be admired. Sigma is a "lone wolf", convinced of their extraordinary nature, but does not flaunt it. They set rules that they strictly follow. This name is also used to describe an introverted person who lives outside of traditional social hierarchies. It is believed that people with this personality value solitude and autonomy and avoid large social gatherings. Which is better sigma male or alpha male? Alphas are at the very top of the male socio-sexual hierarchy while sigmas do not have a fixed place within the hierarchy. Alphas tend to be more extroverted, traditional, and aggressive while Sigmas usually keep to themselves, think outside of the box, and have a calm disposition." Well, i really like this word.

Believe me, few days ago i wanted to write here that IF Anamarija Lampic learns how to shoot, she'll be just unbeatable. But at first I just didn't want to jinx it and then - honestly - i forgot. And i was thinking... big IF though. And now... i'm so happy for her. Congrats! Waiting for one missed shot in the next sprint and then... ZERO!
