  1. Yikes Lasco dead last in that heat, not a great night for the US again
  2. Golden hattrick for Marchand! And another event with no medal for Foster
  3. Kamminga doesn't make the 200 breast final Easy swims for Stubblety-Cook and Qin
  4. Richards as well, definitely expected him to medal considering how good he's been so far
  5. Of all the Olympic Qualifying times there are, the 53.61 in the women's 100m freestyle might be the most insane one. Only 7 swimmers hit that in the semis Althought the women's 200m breast time of 2:23.91 might have something to say about that too
  6. So relay lineup is Harvey -> McIntosh -> O'Croinin -> Douthright. Looks like another 4th place coming up @orangeman! Or maybe GB will be nice enough to beat us as well.
  7. So relay splits this morning: Jansen - 1:59.53 O'Croinin - 1:58.10 Douthright - 1:58.25 Savard - 1:58.85 I was scared we weren't going to final after that leadoff leg by Jansen. Unfortunately, it looks like she can't be trusted in her current form. So I'm guessing for tonight, we're going to go with McIntosh, Harvey, Ruck and O'Croinin perhaps?
  8. 9. As expected, Marchand won't swim the 200 Breast as the semis come right before the 200 IM final. More surprisingly, Anna Hopkins scratches the 100 Free. Had a great chance at making the final so this is kind of puzzling
  10. I wonder if having trials in late March/early April had a factor. A lot of the Brits have also been off (besides Richards and Dean) and they also had their trials in March. Australia has seen significant improvement since moving their trials from April to June. Safe to say I'm glad Olympic trials are happening in May next year and then in June the years after that
  11. Individual Finals for Tomorrow Women's 200m Butterfly: 1. Mitsui 2. Bach 3. McIntosh 4. Pudar 5. Smith 6. Dekkers 7. Stephens 8. Looney Men's 100m Freestyle: 1. Grousset 2. Popovici 3. Pan 4. Richards 5. Chalmers 6. Nemeth 7. Crooks 8. Alexy Women's 50m Backstroke: 1. Wilm 2. Berkoff 3. Cox 4. Smith 5. McKeown 6. Masse 7. Pigree 8. Wang Men's 200m Individual Medley: 1. Dean 2. Ogata 3. Foster 4. Marchand 5. Scott 6. Gonzalez 7. Seto 8. Casas
  12. Gold for China! Another night of no gold medals for the US
  13. and ... out. Also had the #1 time in the world this year before the world championships
