I can't see any logical reason why someone should even get any point at all for that prediction, because he's 30 points off! It shouldn't be "Well you got the difference right, here's some good points!", it should be "You were entirely wrong, here's no points!". And if Team B ends up beating Team C by 1 point, Player A should still definitely get points (way more than for predicting the right difference), because in the end predicting the winners is the most important thing.
