    I voted him as my greatest moment in sports of 2017, yeah I remember I know she won a medal in it, but it's still possible that they can't compete in it, same thing for the pursuit (although that chance is significantly smaller).

    Based on the few times I've seen NTL, I'd say they don't have the banked corners, resulting in the fact they're driving around the corners with a hand on the ice

    Too bad the wrong woman qualified in cross-country, because I know my girlfriend enjoyed this flag hunt at the Winter Universiade last year and she'd probably run around the entire village to find as many flags as possible, but alright, let's see how far we can get

    Cool Since this is the first Olympics where I actually personally know someone who competes (two athletes even), I'll ask them to help me/us out with finding out which countries are in which buildings, with photos of flags out of the windows and stuff

    Possibly, although somehow the Rosmalen ATP tournament comes in my mind, not sure if they ever played there. I believe at that time Pavic really was a no name and Haase came up with an excuse like "yeah but actually he's really good, a real decent player", ever since which Pavic has been called "Decent guy Pavic" (even though now he's of course not that much of a no name anymore )

    If Hungary is the hardest opponent, how come they lost all three of their matches at the European championships?

    Because the German World Cup team has infinitely more money than the Italian World Cup team?

    Somewhat of a cult hero on a Dutch forum, not even exactly sure why but it has something to do with him beating Robin Haase a couple of years ago and Haase's reaction to it

    All these non-starters And even more for the stupid lack of a rule that says in case of a DNS, athletes from outside the top-60 move up.

    I should have said 3 instead of 2. Something like 65% for Yuskov, 25% for Nuis/Verweij together and all the rest are absolute outsiders. These three would all not have been huge surprises (with Yuskov of course as the main guy), anyone else would be.
