After the second time it was enough for now I do normally train on my indoor bike five days a week (1 - 1,5 hour per day) but that has been significantly lowered these weeks as you can imagine. Combined with letting my girlfriend taste everything unhealthy and tasty the Netherlands has to offer this has lead to me going from 81 to 83-85kg and thus being able to break Torres' record Not to worry, starting next week I'll pick up my training again

Dongfeng might in fact have chosen the perfect course. They are hugging the coastlines and have been racing towards the finish with 11-13 km/h faster speeds than the rest, having closed the gap from 85km to 50km in a matter of two hours
