  1. Yet again, I would like the source (not that I doubt you, but just want to send it to somebody )
  2. Where do you read that it was prohibited in USA?
  3. Same substance as Abeba Aregawi...
  4. It's still early... Faster? Personally I haven't had any of that kind of problem, which I did have from time to time on the old one.
  5. You would be more than welcome! (and why not Eller and Ehlers? )
  6. Crossing my fingers that math won't be necessary!
  7. I guess that was mission accomplished for Amalie!
  8. I strongly disagree about that comparison
  9. I'm pretty sure that would be way too much time (even for me who find the voting exciting). Personally I don't see the problem.
  10. Personally I don't find it useless, It's exciting and after all every vote counts the same.
  11. What an elimination race by Amalie! Tomorrow is her weaker day. I hope she can keep it up!
  12. I personally like it. It works fine in Sweden and will surely make it exciting for longer
  13. So far these danish athletes have reached the national danish standards: Men's 800m: Andreas Bube Women's marathon: Jess Draskau-Petersson and Anna Holm Baumeister Women's 400m hurdles: Sara Slott Petersen and Stina Troest The following athletes have a chance to qualify as I see it (though I'm surely not expecting all of them to do so): Men's 400m: Nick Ekelund-Arenander and Benjamin Lobo Vedel Men's 1500m: Andreas Bueno Men's 5000m: Thijs Nijhuis Men's Marathon: Henrik Them, Abdi Ulad Hakin and Lars Budolfsen Men's 110m hurdles: Andreas Martinsen Men's 400m hurdles: Nicolai Hartling Men's 3000m steeplechase: Ole Hesselbjerg and Jakob Dybdahl Abrahamsen Men's Long jump: Andreas Trajkovski Men's high jump: Janick Klausen Men's pole vault: Rasmus Wejnold Jørgensen Women's 400m hurdles: Anne Sofie Kirkegaard
  14. I'm terribly sorry that I have changed!
  15. They have by far been the most stable during the national qualification, therefore I believe it's the right choice, though I personally hoped for Baad/Thusgaard. Perhaps with men's handball as the exception, it's the hardest selection of all, where all 3 would have a good shot at the medals in Rio.

Barely any from the same teams and only Slovakia and Denmark have a decent numbers of players.I was sure to see at least 4-5 Danes in the team, There were absolutely no doubts about Andersen, he will be the goalie number 1 for sure, also Hansen and Boedker were a certitude who know this team can do something in this tournament, but still it´s a bit weird to see this team europe instead of normal national teams. IMO some countries could be allowed to play at least such qualification tournament or something. it would be a better solution, but well ...NHL and their money... It's not that I'm surprised ;)

  18. The danish 49er with Jonas Warrer and Anders Thomsen which was set to go to the Olympics has broken up. Instead Jonas Warrer will be trying with a collaboration with Christian Peter Lübeck who was a part of the Nacra 17 ending up in 2nd place in the national qualification. This makes the danish participation in the class in Rio uncertain, as the national federation will not send a boat if it isn't decently competitive.
  19. And if I'm not mistaken, GB didn't manage!
  20. Denmark will only be sending Andreas Martinsen who set a new danish record in 60m hurdles at 7,69. (Sara Slott qualified in 400m as well, but has rejected participating) Meanwhile most other olympic hopefulls have started focusing on the outdoor season and hopefully some Olympic participations.
