  1. That's true, but I'm guessing that the website would be one of the easier deadlines to meet!
  2. https://www.rio2016.com/en/news/200-days-to-go-preparations-for-rio-2016-olympic-games-enter-the-home-straight Not a rumour
  3. Maybe those are the predictions for the medals in 20 years
  4. In Denmark the Danish Broadcasting Corporation will have 2 channels following the games while the slightly more comercial channel, TV2 will have 2 "main" channels and 2 channels dedicated for sailing and golf. They will also have channels dedicated for basketball and equestrian online.
  5. I personally love when countries go with a somewhat classic style.
  6. Of course. But I would almost have prefered Denmark in the same half, now that it's Lin Dan in a propable quarter final. Meanwhile Axelsen's group is pretty tough.
  7. It does make it damn tough for Jan Ø Jørgensen...
  8. The Australian team was evacuated due to a fire in the basement of their block in the Olympic Village...
  9. Well, she said to Danish Media that she only believed in it after the Danish Championships
  10. Thanks. Didn't know about that
  11. A nordic block is shared by Denmark, Sweden and Finland
  12. @dcro Do you have any predictions on how our talen, Cathrine Dufour will do? She posted some pretty impressive scores at the Danish Championships
  13. The games time app and website should come up monday.
  14. These are decently up to date http://www.cyclingfever.com/editie.html?detp=view&_ap=startlijst&editie_idd=Mjc3OTc= http://www.cyclingfever.com/editie.html?detp=view&_ap=startlijst&editie_idd=Mjc3OTg=
  15. I believe this is the schedule for canoe sprint http://www.canoeicf.com/olympic-canoe-sprint-schedule
  16. Norway's unofficial anthem for the Games. Very funny
  17. Some good and some bad draws. Easy group for Jan, but he will have to beat Lin Dan to get a medal. Tougher group for Viktor. Would say that's the toughest in the men's singles. But if he makes it through as first, he has a very decent way to a semi final. For Line it'll be tough. She has been capable of challenging Marin, but it should be an easy group win for Marin. Tough for the XD as well. It could end up as a struggle for the WD. Their 2nd by the rankings, but the Chinese pair will be a challenge as well. Meanwhile it's close to a dream group for the MD. They have a pretty good record against the korean pair and the other 2 should surely be beatable, though it's of course a question of wheter Mogensen is back in top shape.
  18. Well, it should be mentioned that the Inado (the Federation of National anti doping organisations) are for a ban as well. But I will not keep on discussing, as I will barely have any net for the next week.
  19. I am aware that they have nothing to do with the Final Decision, but I still don't see why they shouldn't be allowed to say what they think. They're working for a clean sport and it would seem like Russia hasn't been soing so. Sure , there's a risk that some would see it as political, but None the less, these News about Russia paints a picture of Sports that isn't what these National anti doping organisations want.
  20. Well, the National anti doping committees wants a clean sport. If a country doesn't work for that, why shouldn't they?
  21. Denmark and Norway as well
  22. Egen WADA says they have to be banned, I don't think the IOC have much choice...
