  6. tbh, it's not the best GS tournament of the season...the French players didn't have many strong opponents. however, I really like that Blandine Pont in the women's -48kg...if I were Boukli, I'd be very careful with her. however, the Italian fighters have found the way to make fans ashamed of them
  7. wow! they had to wait 52 years, but now they have won back-to-back titles. congrats to GKS Katowice.
  8. and once again, among the girls it's a gold medal thrown away. Perotti had a shameful 11.100 on the Uneven...if only she could repeat the 13.066 of the qualification round, she would have won today. even Gaddi underperformed today, with another fall from the Balance Beam (which already cost us the team gold).
  9. yeah! another Bronze medal for thanks to Riccardo Villa in the men's All-Around. he saved the day by the smallest of margin, finishing ahead of Tomuharu Tsunogai by just 0.001 Gold went to Qin Guohuan and Silver to Angel Barajas. later in the afternoon, the girls will contest their All Around competition.
  10. oh, c'mon! it's playoffs time all around the world of Hockey and then, lots of baseball (MLB, but also NPB, KBO and more)... not to be forgotten, some Cycling classics, Fencing World Cup and Youth Worlds, Judo Worlds (in a month, more or less) and Grand Slams, Shooting here and there, Swimming trials all around the world... why not, some Soccer, too... and I'm sure I'm leaving a lot of things out of the door...
  11. p.s. I'm still asking myself what's the need to almost kill him like that, as if he was a real threat to anybody on and off the field. it's a really sick Nation, made of sick people.
  12. he did it on purpose because I have him in my fantasy baseball team
  13. @hckošice https://blackngoldhockey.com/2023/03/former-bruin-zdeno-chara-set-to-run-the-2023-boston-marathon/
  14. now it's almost over... and the medallists are safe. the top 3 won't change anymore. guess what? get an amazing 4th place. and could climb up to 5th at best, but it's not granted.
  15. actually, it's not over yet. there's another subdivision (with and maybe to be watched carefully). however did throw away a great result in the last rotation with 2 falls at the Balance Beam that cost us a 10.3 and a 10.8 scores. without those falls, we would be in the lead with big margin right now...
  16. 2 wins on the road in 3 matches in the great night of game #7's, yesterday... now all the major European leagues are aligned to the semifinal stage, almost all of them starting between Tomorrow and Saturday.

  19. Antonino Pizzolato from Bronze to Gold in men's -81kg Weighlifting in Tokyo! naaa...it's too early, but sooner or later it should really happen! and this would mean from 10th to 7th in the final medal table

  21. what? you mean Trentino, hopefully... Taranto is in Puglia, deep South of Italy and should host the next Mediterranean Games...
  22. no, it's not a sponsor... it's truly the name of the team, or, better, the name of the company that runs the team's activity.
  23. not many surprises in the and leagues so far... only the no.3 seed after RS lost in the quarterfinals despite the home ice advantage. meanwhile tonight is a quite important one around Europe: in fact, we have 3 quarterfinals game #7's. in the Straubing Tigers host the Wolfsburg Grizzlys at 7.30 p.m. CET, in good 2 series will go to a decider: no.3 seed Färjestad BK host no.6 seed Frölunda HC and no.4 seed Örebro HK host no.5 seed Timrå IK, both games scheduled to start at 7 p.m. CET.
