  2. I'll do the first comment for the Nations Cup Our team started very good, with a superb goal by Kraev. Not much anticipation for this tournament, or our national team as a whole, but let's see if we can get a win to make some news here.
  3. A great film indeed, the best in its year and should have won the Oscar! Casey gave one of the best performances i have seen this century!
  4. Yes, but how many players can refuse. After a certain point there will be players that will gladly play and get exposure for themselves.
  5. What deal? I don't get why a National Team has to bargain with the football federation Doesn't the federation like "own" every national teams of the said country?
  6. Is it me, or are the stands emptier than in previous years. Guess the heatwave is making a difference in the attendance figures too.
  7. I rank Medvedev and Tsitsipas on the same level, don't think it's that big of a surprise. Thiem for me is the one, that could be in trouble.
  8. Every time i see this thread (or a similar one) popping up, i instantly say in my head "Oh God, what now". Thankfully this time, it was a false alarm.
  9. It seems they are promoting the HHH-Taker match more than their next PPV. As if that match needs any build. The canadian crowd was great (as they usually are) and next year, having Summerslam in Canada is going to be a big jam. Australian PPV is coming, now we only need a UK one. In fact i'm ALL IN on having a PPV in Canada and the UK every year. It's great to see them doing more big shows outside the States.
  10. I love the Slams, first match, first shocker.
  11. Too bad they can't do anything else for the sport and get their ass whipped by corporations left and right.
  12. At first, i thought the nature of the game would be, that you had to pick the position the rider will finish in the stage. And you get points for the difference between your pick and the actual finish.
  13. How can we find some results? We have 3 boxers today and i can't find any news...
  14. Not last night, not ever i'm afraid for Balor. They just don't consider him a World Champion and i don't know if they ever will. The guy has been in limbo ever since his return from the injury, without any clear path to the top. It's a shame since he is one of their best talents..
  15. How dare you, there are people that actually consider the Vuelta a very important race. And those spaniards shall not be named.
  16. Nibali going only to get some practice before the Worlds. I wouldn't say another wasted year , but his window for another GT is closing. I'm really interested if Sagan can muscle another points jersey, if he is serious in this Vuelta.
  17. Average PPV by my account. Two very good matches and stories in AJ - Joe and Miz - Bryan, by far the best thing on the whole card. Joe getting so personal isn't something you see nowadays. Let's hope they let them loose in the Hell in a Cell match that is coming. It's going to be a cracker! Other than that, Lesnar finally losing the title is the other good thing that came out of the PPV. Sadly it had to be Reigns, but still at least the title is going to be on the shows and not barely seen through the year. Ronda winning was also expected and i think it was too early, but hey Vinnie really likes the exposure and what better way to get in the media. The thing that angered me the most was yet again the loss of Becky Lynch. I know they wanted a heel turn for her, but come on, how many times can she lose and lose. Enough with the Charlotte pushing ughh..

  19. They already did. No serious player (top 10 or so) will go and play in the last week of november and ruin their preparation for the new season and the AO. That new Team Competition in Australia at the beginning of the season will be much more popular. RIP Davis Cup.
  20. Alonso really wants to make the triple crown, he is seriously going for that Indy 500.
