  1. qualified. Germany drops a medal late on course, but they survive ahead of Belgium.
  2. Medal for the Netherlands! Last quota will be decided between Belgium and Germany.
  3. qualified (so far). Also the current podium (among finishers). can still win a medal and/or earn quota.
  4. Aaaand Switzerland drops behind Ireland.
  5. Coyle Legacy looked tired to be honest. Ireland drops to 8th. Still can finish anywhere between 3rd-8th.
  6. Sweden wins it! With two fences to spare at least. Talk about mopping up the floor with your rivals.
  7. I thought Switzerland was down and out, and now they are suddenly in. WTH? Ireland casually sits on the podium position with Coyle to go.
  8. Dumb two time penalties for the Netherlands. They are in pretty bad situation now.
  9. Damn it. Ireland could have sealed the deal here. And actually that one time penalty could prove extremely expensive (if Coyle becomes a discard...).
  10. Well, Brazil probably would have qualified with a clear here, but it was a longshot.
  11. Longines team scoreboard is *broken* to say the least. Scores are all over the place and they are really just incorrect. Has someone hacked it? Anyways. 3.69 (4) 9.44 (9) 12.76 (8) 17.15 (1) 17.31 (4) 17.49 (8) 18.66 (4) 18.83 (8) 23.29 (DNS) 23.56 (12) Ireland the best team of the day so far ! (famous last words?)
  12. They are really not out. Certainly not Brazil.
  13. Ireland Really good chance they qualify now.
  14. McLain Ward retires. If someone was to tell me that the highest ranked American individual would be someone with 40.41 penalties, I would have called them certifiable.
  15. And now everyone is kicking that plank at 4. I guess the layer of glue is gone.
  16. So weird seeing the US in the individuals portion. But hey, great news for Santiago 2023 organizers. USA will send their absolute best for the Pan Am Games. The Olympics are on the line.
  17. That plank at 4 can take quite a battering. Curious if it will fall down once today.
  18. I have to say I really like these augmented reality introductions.
  19. They have something like that in the able-bodied discipline. If one judge's mark is 6% (or more) lower/higher than the average of everyone else, then their mark is disregarded from the final score. Curiously, this rule apparently hasn't been implemented for the para-sport, going by this example...
  20. So, a year after... this. We get the same thing at the World Championships, and again in team competition, and I don't think I even need to say from which nation the judge at M is. What gives them the right to just play with results like that?? This is becoming as systemic as the Russian doping. This one input will specifically lower the Danish team total by over 1,5%. Let's see how it plays out tomorrow...
  21. Is it COVID? Only asking because there was a British rider who not only competed while positive this week, but was also present for the medal ceremony (without even wearing a mask)...
  22. At this point, any rain is surprising this Summer.
  23. Yeah, Brazil will need to have an off-the-charts day to qualify for Pairs tomorrow. They are effectively without a discard score here. I wonder how this guy got selected. Probably as a gamble. So it's really not looking that great for the Americas...
  24. I suspect the Brazilian rider will have a fence down and then immediately retire. It would raise his chance of delivering a random clear tomorrow.
