Sad day for human rights. I blame the European Athletics Federations because their upset that their athletes just don’t have equal talent. If she was a white runner from Europe or the North American this rule wouldn’t have been enforced again. This makes me so sad.

I’m so pumped!!! It looks like the NBC Olympic Channel will broadcast the games on actual TV here in the US, or at the very least the opening ceremony and various highlights.

naaa...
they didn't change and will never change...
anything else, it's just illusion...
to see any change (in general, not only from the Russians), we should get back to real amateur sport...because until there's an economical interest on it, there will always be cheaters all around...

The most popular Ukrainian band of all times gave a concert yesterday on the Independence Day. At the Olympic Stadium.
They used Maryna Bekh, Alina Shukh and other pics of our athletes for the huge background LED:
The concert was attended by 100 000 people.

Fialkova
Merkushina o___0. She's been preparing in Obertilliach before Nove Mesto unlike others who chose less difficult places. Pidhrushna skipped 1 month of trainings because of problems with a shoulder but she showed quite good shape too.
Disappointed in Semerenko sisters, esp Valya... first - wrong roller skis, now - high temperature, what a disastrous championships for her.

Yassss, our hot (straight) twink got silver
as for girls... another 4th place, lol. Hanna Kovalenko fell & bruised her ribs & knees because somebody's bib number fell off and stuck in her roller skis.

@hckosice Not bad. I guess. He was having his moment today, the 1st start after such long absense so tomorrow will be... different((.
After having a nervous breakdown, bitching/threatening/screaming at the Head coach, allegedly physically attacking his team partner & being kicked out of the team in the middle of the season... literally he was left at the side of the road with his bags He blamed ex-Russian biathletes that they are paid more (they said it themselves) and that Sanitra is pro-Russian. Kilchitskiy is known for helping our army so the situation became quite dangerous.
The president of our federation called him mentally unstable.
He had to work as a hockey coach, go through a mental expertise and prove that he's not crazy and he can carry a weapons.
The president of the federation allowed him to come back and Sanitra worked on his shooting + cross-country in the mountains. Today we've got the result
Damn, he had a lot of things to prove! And dayyyuuum, we can't live without drama

Not really
If rightist nazies stopped being such sickos and started making babies instead of wasting their time on hatred & violence ... Eliminate people who fuel conflicts in Muslim countries instead of trading with them & improve European fertility rate. Nothing else is needed.

FINALLY some actually Brazilian looking clothes Ok, not the competition outfit yet if I'm not mistaken, but still, this is a big improvement already on the incredibly dull white suits with some green accents. Come on people, you're an exotic nation in winter sports, have exotic suits to show for it!

Ukraine's marathon selection criteria for the Olympics 2020 (a project written by the Board of Coaches but most def it will be signed by UAF Council without changes):
UAF standards: Men - 2:13.00, Women - 2:33.00
The priority:
#1. One best athlete who will get into the WCH 2019 top-15 in Doha. (Which is impossible )
#2. The national marathon championships 2019 winners if they achieve UAF standard.
#3. Everyone else with IAAF standard achieved at the AIMS series from January 1, 2019 to March 22, 2020. In accordance with IAAF ranking.
Criteria #1 (WCH 2019) selection:
1. The winners of the national marathon championships on September 16, 2018 in Dnipro (certified by AIMS) with UAF standard... Men - 2:16.00, Women - 2:38.00.
2. Everyone else with IAAF standards in accordance with IAAF ranking.
