Ruck looked really good in the first 100m and then faded bad. I just checked the splits and she had the fastest 100m split of anyone.

Blake Tierny misses the semis by two spots but it was a good time and very close to his PB. Wilm through to the semis with the second fastest time, she'll be in the medal conversation.

The men’s relay is one of my biggest medal hopes. It’s going to be a tough field but there’s certainly potential especially if Liendo can put down a monster split.
