    So hey y'all, if anyone here has even a passive interest in slopestyle, watch this men's ski slopestyle competition. The course is sick and there are like a dozen people with a legitimate chance at gold. It's going to be an insane contest.

    Off the top of my head Georgia Simmerling of Canada has competed in Alpine Skiing, Freestyle Skiing and Track Cycling (where she won a bronze medal). Technically two sports and three discipline.

    Ya, in case anyone wonders, both Liu brothers are from the Beijing suburb of Budapest.

    lol, Liu is Christie's boyfriend. As if she needed her Olympics to get any worse.

    Kin Boutin is tonight's real winner, she got another medal, Choi Min-jeong got her gold and Liu just took all the heat off her.

    I'm still having a hard time believing she has a chance of winning, and that's after watching her run like five times xD

    Not sure about Uno over Fernandez, but very deserving trio on the podium and Hanyu's win is unquestionable. Brian Orser is turning out to be a decent coach.

    I meant Sildaru There where actually quite a few injured people missing, and Zimmermann was indeed a real medal threat (even if Sildaru was healthy). But despite all that, the level of skiing was much improved from four years ago which is a really good sign for slopestyle.

    This was a much better contest than in 2014, despite the undisputed best women's slopestyle athlete in the world out injured. Good to see the sport progressing.

    You really can't compare slopestyle scores from one contest to another. It's very much scored on a curve.

    Gold medal favorite Maggie Voisin made the finals by 0.2 points, the smallest possible increment O.o

    Women's ski slopestyle was really frustrating, both Kim Lamarre and Dara Howell fell on their last jump, both on runs otherwise good enough to qualify. Only Yuki Tsubata will be in the finals.
