  1. Good relay. Lots of changes in the lead. Germany in relay for a good portion of the race and kept the fans really enthused. Does anyone know where a list of the Class A and Class B venues is?
  2. Erdal won the sprint with one miss, still almost 20 seconds faster than Slivko who shot clean. If the German women want another "H", Hikderbrand ended up in 7th with 1 miss.
  3. Found this, which talks about how it is still in Pokljuka as of yesterday.
  4. And Goessling shoots well 0-1 and was 2:28 behind and finished in 47th. Of the top 10, 4 shoot clean including Lesser who went 0-0 but finished 48.6 behind. There is something wrong with his ski speed. No idea what it is. A few good notes, Gimenez from Argentina shot much better today 2-2 and did not finish last! Also Altankhuyag of Mongolia finished 1-0.
  5. He likes to keep a low profile. I hear that instead of longs walks on a beach, he prefers 50k's in the woods.
  6. This is the comment that I heard. So who knows. Nothing on any social media or any websites. Sorry for the false alarm.
  7. If you go watch the replay on Eurovision, I think it is around 25 min in. They were talking about a French biathlete when it was mentioned. I agree that it was odd. It was said almost in passing.
  8. Only thing I could imagine is lack of snow.
  9. During the men's sprint they announced that next week will be in Brezno-Osrblie.
  10. Eckhoff is in amazing form. It is amazing how well she is shooting this year. Dunklee and Egan were in the top 30.
  11. Of the 17 that started 14 finished. I was pretty close as Russia and Germany went 1 and 2 with less than 3 seconds between them. Norway was 3rd, then a massive gap to the others.
  12. Congrats to Norway for winning the Single Mixed Relay. The order was male-female, same for the mixed relay later today. 23 teams started, 15 made it to the end. Argentina finished in 23rd place, but I am just glad that they are there. Mongolia actually finished in 18th place. Progress! Only 18 teams slated to race in the mixed-relay, and Switzerland did not start, so 17 total teams.
  13. Rupholding with a Sprint, Relay and Pursuit. Should be fun. As expected Forcade with the two wins moved above JT Boe. It will be interesting to see if he can get far enough ahead, and do well enough when he comes back to win again.
  14. Single-Mixed, Mixed and the Sprint and pursuit. Looks like a good group of races. I look forward to seeing some of the smaller teams have relays.
  15. His 27th in the Mass Start while only missing 2 targets is clear indication that something is off.
  16. I think Carrara did pretty well at Junior Worlds last year. Still a massive jump fro. Jr Worlds to anchoring the relay in Oberhof.
  17. Congrats to Stroemsheim and Rees for shooting clean. Actually 6 shot clean in all.
  18. Lesser with a decent day, two misses and is currently in 5th place. Good to see A. Cisar have a good race, 1 miss and 2:37 back. Jimenez from Argentina started with 5 misses and only missed 4 more times during the race. We also had someone from Spain today.
  19. There could be quite a bit of traffic on the course today. Looking forward to it.
  20. So weird to see Lesser in the IBU Cup.
  21. Glad to see that she will make it. So is the men's sprint only 7.5 k then?
  22. Looks like more of the stronger men are in the last 2 groups for the short individual.
  23. Glazyrina with 45 sec lead after 4 shoots. No penalties at all. Looks like she takes the win.
  24. I love seeing KYDASIOUK from Argentina. Also Cadurisch wit #3 bib and in with 36:21. My bet is that will be top 10 by the end of the day. Great shooting from Markkanen.
