    Japan has a very strong swimming team, many of their A team in fact is competing here China has probably their G or H team here USA of course will be in contention for many medals in swimming too, along with Russia

    Yeah, hopefully Azerbaijan actually invests some good money and time into their own athletes now. I know Qatar does this, they have plenty of facilities and resources for their locals, even like having actual qataris team with Brazilians in Beach Volleyball

    Well I heard somewhere that this influx of foreign talent inspired some locals in Azerbaijan and now there are more true Azeri gymnasts than there was before. So maybe they just decided to let them go

    USA Men's Volleyball team seems to be players from a variety of California division 1 schools and a couple players from Ohio State Their women's team is from a variety of division 1 schools as well but from around the US

    These are solid but not the best teams in those sports, the two basketball teams for example were top 16 and top 32 in this year's NCAA tournaments

    For USA, their Baseball team is University of Iowa, women's Basketball is University of Maryland, men's Basketball is Purdue University, Track and Field is University of Houston, Tennis is UCLA, and Water Polo has many players from Stanford University
