  1. No matter how hard I try and avoid it, the results always find a way to get spoiled for me. But ugh, for me it’s not as exciting when it’s not live.
  2. It probably is, but the problem is my computer is getting fixed at a shop right now so that doesn’t really help me… (why did I do it now? I’m not really sure) Trying to find a Paralympic streaming website, like I did in Tokyo, but nope.
  3. Trying to watch para archery, of course CBC Sports (Canadian broadcaster) isn’t streaming it
  4. Why the hell doesn’t CBC sports get the streaming rights to pretty much everything? Wanted to watch para archery now, but nope. VPN doesn’t work as a solution, my computer is getting fixed.
  5. Time for Day 3 of the Paralympics! Guillaume Ouellet in the men’s 5000m T13 (final at 1:14 AM PST/4:14 AM EST), Mel Pemble in women’s 500m time trial C1-3 (final at 4:35 AM PST/7:35 AM EST) are all medal chances but our biggest chance today is probably Nicholas Bennett in men’s 200m freestyle S14 (final at 8:34 AM PST/11:34 AM EST). There’s a chance for a multi-medal performance too, with Danielle Dorris and Tess Routliffe in women’s 200m individual medley SM7. (final at 11:10 AM PST/2:10 PM EST)
  6. 1:47.15 PB for John O’Reily in the men’s 800m final at the U20 World Championships! Finishes just shy of the podium in 4th.
  7. 3:52.90 in the women’s 1500m for Kipyegon!
  8. 12:54.90 for Mo Ahmed in the men’s 5000m. Decent, but not anything special.

  13. Was watching the race live but was too busy to update it right away, Yavi with a WL, PB, and NR of 8:44.39 in the women’s 3000m steeplechase! Just 0.06 off Chepkoech’s WR!
  14. Yep, TasteAtlas knows chicken. From that list I’ve tried Chikin, Butter Chicken, Karaage, Tikka, Pollo a la Brasa, Nasi Goreng Ayam, Inasal Na Manok, Fried Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, Frango Assado Com Piri Piri, Chicken Tikka Massala, Kungpao, Yakitori, Paprikas Csirke, Peri Peri Chicken, Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken, Orange Chicken, Hot Chicken, Tori Katsu (my food-loving self likes all of them ) I would add Chicken Parmagiana, Cuban Mojo Chicken, Satay, and Chicken Schnitzel to the list though
  15. 12.24!! PB, WL, & NR for Nugent in the women’s 100m hurdles! She’s on fire!!! She’ll probably be wishing she did a performance like this at the Olympics though, after DNF’ing during the final.
