  1. 52 pages already, and we’re not even two days in, damn.
  2. Yep, she wasn’t even at the last Olympics which makes it even more surprising
  3. Shoutout to Vainio too, pretty awesome to see her in 5th! She didn’t even qualify for the last Olympics!
  4. Moment of the Championships by far
  5. Medal for Paternain! First ever medal for Uruguay!
  6. Jepchirchir outkicks Assafa yet again, brilliant finish!
  7. Come on Paternain!
  8. Yep, this is me @copravolley
  9. Can’t say it’s that surprising anymore. Looks like it’s something mental, the pressure always seems to get to her in these big meets, fouled out at Olympic Triald last year, missed the final at 2023 Worlds. Unfortunate. Wonder what changed between that and when she won the 2022 World title.
  10. My sleep schedule is even worse. When I go to sleep, really depends on the day. Right now, I’m in college so my schedule is on weekdays I wake up at 5:00am-7:45am (earlier time when I have hockey practice, at 6:30am, but it hasn’t started yet), classes from 9am-12am, then off to the gym/out for lunch, then a shower and a quick nap, hanging out with friends/homework from 3pm-6pm, then dinner at 7pm, then either watching sports/movies before going to bed. Although this usually doesn’t go to plan, at all
  11. Oops, my mistake buddy
  12. 16 days in a row of no sleep, and you’re completely fine? The WR for no sleeping is 11 days, are you completely sure??? According to doctors, most people feel extreme side effects after four days. Going 16 days without side effects is unheard of. It just doesn’t seem possible. Not sure if we have doctors on here, if there are then correct me if I’m wrong.
  13. I think that’s quite normal. If you do it a few days in a row, it shouldn’t bother you as much.
  14. You mean like barely any sleep right? I don’t think going 16 days in a row without sleep is possible, you’d be hallucinating For me during Paris I felt fine for most of it, the adrenaline and excitement really kept me going, which led to me getting 3-4 hours of sleep every night (or mid afternoon my time) with an average of 15 hours of screen-time but a few days I was so tired that I fell asleep. After the Olympics I was like “nope, I hate sports now not watching shit until the Paralympics“
  15. I can relate
  16. Unlikely for the men, but hopefully the women can do it. Not drawing US on our half is key, we’d have two chances at it instead of one.
  17. Curious to see if Dunfee can do the double or even win a second medal. This is his worst event obviously, and the likes of Bonfim etc will probably be favoured over him, but he did break the AR in the 20km and WR in the 35km this year. He’s in the form of his life.
  18. Women’s team defeats Mexico 26-25 at the IFAF Americas Championships, after a furious comeback from the Mexicans in the second half, top the group. Not sure as to if either team is sending their best squads.
  19. I’m not saying Sinner is, but they are though.
  20. Andre DeGrasse through to the men’s 100m semifinals!
  21. Jerome Blake through to the men’s 100m semifinals! Solid 10.05, continues with his great form this season.
  22. I still don’t understand why you don’t like Grozer.
  23. Elizier Adjibi through to the men’s 100m semifinals!
  24. Audrey Leduc through to the women’s 100m semifinals, just barely!
  25. Koala with an automatic Q in women’s long jump, 6.76m!
