    Lyudmila Kichenok & Jelena Ostapenko won the women's doubles. Probably the best doubles team of the last 2-3 years that hasn't yet won a GS... until now.

    Chiefs beat Ravens 27-20 in the season opener. The score was closer than the game itself as the Chiefs were the better team overall IMO.

    Aryna Sabalenka beat Emma Navarro 6-2 7-6(2) and Jessica Pegula came from 1-6 0-2 down to beat Karolina Muchova in three sets. Muchova had BP to go 3-0 in the second set but blew it in vintage WTA fashion.

    Women's SF: Jessica Pegula vs Karolina Muchova Emma Navarro vs Aryna Sabalenka The billionaire Americans final is still possible but Sabalenka will probably spoil it. Errani & Vavassori won the mixed title. Tortellini is having some few weeks seemingly years after her prime (albeit no longer in singles, duh).

    A group of ten black & Latin students kills a white student and gets away with three years of juvenile detention center (or even less if they are released sooner). Can you imagine the political clown show if ten white students killed a black student?     The new season kicks off tomorrow with Chiefs vs Ravens. And Packers vs Eagles play in Sao Paulo on Friday!

    Emma Navarro takes out defending champion Cori Gauff for the second Grand Slam in a row. Gauff played terrible, she had more double faults than winners

    Paula Badosa keeps the Spanish flag flying as she makes GS QF for the second time in her career and is on the verge of getting back to Top 20 of the ranking

    won four medals which is above expectations. The decathlon was the only stonewall chance we had coming in. Mixed relay was probably an outsider but the medals in women's LJ and 400H were totally unexpected.

    Finally something went bad for as they are DQ from 2nd place in women's 4x100 relay. and are promoted as won gold.

    Angelina Topic is the only one over 1.91m and wins gold medal in the HJ. She needed three attempts to go over 1.89 though but avoided the upset.

    Absolutely horrendous last change from in women's 4x100 relay final. They had a big lead but the last runner went off waaay too fast

    Djokovic's defeat means for the first time since 2002 we'll have a calendar year without Federer, Nadal or Djokovic winning at least one of the Grand Slams on the men's side

    Alexei Popyrin beats Novak Djokovic in four sets in R3. Totally deserved, Popyrin outplayed Djokovic for majority of the match. It's 11.50 pm in NY and Sabalenka vs Alexandrova is yet to start.

    Ayansa holds off Craig to win men's 800m gold. Ochiai holds off O'Reilly for bronze. Both faded badly in the last 60 meters.
