Yeah, stopped clock doesn't work in football. There are too long periods when the ball is out of play not to mention injuries (fake or real). The art of time-wasting is too developed compared to any other sports not to mention frequent possession changes make it impossible to penalise any infractions with a change of possession itself (like in basketball for instance).

Third-place team will qualify. The third-place match is scheduled to take place by rules anyway. Back in League B beat 2-0 in the last match to end the competition with five wins and one draw. Not like we can do any damage in League A but maybe we don't lose all the matches next season

The added time is only getting longer and that is by design. Eight minutes added on are hardly shocking according to the new guidances. Well, the art of time-wasting only gets tougher
