Guba is at the peak of her performances right now and she will probably only get better. Schwanitz was nowhere near her best but that's not our problem.  German athletics generally is on the way down but I have no idea why that happens.

Ryzhykova is her married name. She won a medal at EC six years ago already so she hasn't come out of nowhere

Zhuk is still only 21yo. He barely missed a medal at the U23 EC in Bydgoszcz last year.
