    It's not that easy for women. Marita Kramer was seemingly unbeatable for a short period and completely fell off since Beijing to the point of quitting the sport by the next WOG.

    Kvandal only silver. Well, the competition was ruined by the gate juggling in the first round overall.

    Yeah, don't see a medal for in women's 500. That Kok vs Jackson pair is set up to boost them both so that could be gold & silver there alone.

    Żuk 12th and Sidorowicz 13th place. Very good especially from the latter who gained 28 places. Jakieła in 16th place.

    Yes, Jeanmonnot can't close the gap and Minkkinen can ride in Kirkeeide's train.
