  1. Mixed Team Badminton QF - v 3pm local time Semi Finals ( Tomorrow ) SF 1 - v SF 2 - v Winner of QF @Olympian1010@Griff88 @owenp_23 @phelps @PHI2019 @Gianlu33 @Grassmarket @Josh Should be one of the most exciting events
  2. Yeah got it watched 30 mins of the 1 on 1 combat part of sport. Will try to watch a few finals tomorrow and day after.
  3. win gold in men's cricket. Just goes on to show that if you are not growing home talent you are always prone to losing when a new team can puts in the money. Either spend on developing a good home grown structure then automatically you get dividend or be ready to spend heavily on getting athletes from other nations (not sustainable). Malaysia and Singapore are learning it the hard way.
  4. I can't remember now but every event is being streamed except outdoor events including tennis, cricket, cycling and sailing. Billiards, pentaque and teqball I found dedicated streams. Pencak Silat was little tricky to find without single complete stream. Type 2023 sea games *sport name* live on YouTube
  5. A silver for the women's team regu in Pencak Silat beating almost all of South East Asia just behind Singapore.
  6. Athletics, Football, Swimming, Volleyball are the only big sports where most channels are focusing on. Thankfully with so many streams from Asian federations of sport and local channels 80% will be covered. Beach , outdoor sports, watersports are unlikely to be shown. Enjoy some martial arts apart from few rubbish events, proper Sepaktakraw when it starts, pentaque, table tennis, wrestling, 3x3 , weightlifting apart from the top tier sports.
  7. The worst event I saw today was Kun Kru in Kun Khmer. Athletes act like they got spirits on their body no martial art as such and as expected the host won both golds. It has to be the most rubbish event at any multi sport game in the 21st century.
  8. The Chinlone events were awfully boring it's nothing but showcasing football skills. With applied restrictions there were 3-4 entries in most events, one of them had just 2. Disgusting that Chinlone will have 10 golds for nothing.
  9. win their 2nd gold of the games after the triumph in Men's Shooting event of Petanque. Really enjoyed both the men's and women's shooting finals luckily it was shown live.
  10. lead the medal tally with 19 golds thanks to the martials arts with 2nd at 8 golds largely coming from Marathon, race walk, MTB and a few others.
  11. Timor Leste wins its first medal of the games, a bronze in mixed doubles soft tennis. Except Brunei all nations have medalled on Day 1.
  12. men win bronze in 50 overs cricket. Really commendable performance from both them as well as Indonesia despite losing. Both teams decided against allowing expats in the team. So it's a fully home grown team.
  13. C'mon they were never going to broadcast the marathon. Not the best of streaming. Just football and athletics will be the properly streamed outdoor games. Rest just enjoy indoor games. Even 3x3 has one single camera. But 2 great matches Vietnam women beating Phillipines 21-19 in overtime and Cambodian men with it's American team beating Thailand 21-17 with offensive fouls going unnoticed
  14. More drama in the Opening Ceremony. flag used instead of
  15. Watched an hour of Ok Chaktarong enjoyed it maybe as a one timer. Jujitsu was fun but boring especially Duo but fair judging. Show looked like drama, now I understand why it is called so. 3 nations winning gold in 3 events. For Khun Bokator, i actually didn't like it but still watched luckily just few competitors each event so it was fun to see who win. All the performances that I liked the most rightly won gold. 2 events i was unsure due to too close competition which Cambodia grabbed. Rest all fine.
  16. has entered the gold medal match in Men's 50 over cricket.
  17. Another of my favourite events at these Games , Sepaktakraw is also going to be interesting. 22 yes 22 gold medals in the event!! I favour Cambodia to win at least 8 golds among Chinlone events men, women and mixed - Primary, Secondary,Linking,Same stroke, Repitition, Non repetition. In the actual sport there is team and individual for the rest. Hopefully they find few events with East Timor and Brunei women and some events rules known to nations after reaching Cambodia especially in Chinlone.
  18. Cricket returns to the SEA games after a long time. Can't wait to see Cambodia win medals in cricket! 8 gold medals in cricket, a nation can participate in any 6 , 3 each per gender except for host which can participate in all 8 granting Cambodia a free medal as well as golds to Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia etc
  19. Time for my favourite multi sport games where predicting the final medal tally is one of the hardest. Exciting new sports and crazy rules !!
  20. A short individual in world cup. Interesting. No WC in Annecy, disappointing
  21. Catching up with pairs and men's free skate at figure skating world's.
  22. https://www.sail-world.com/news/259610/Formula-Kite-PanAmericans-conclude-in-Cabarete First victory!!
