Athletics (with the 50k as absolute number one of the entire Olympics), sports climbing nowadays, weightlifting (the sport and the battles, not the whole doping mess :p), some artistic gymnastics (not really the floor and balance beam), BMX racing and whatever the mood of the day says :d 

 

As for the Paralympics, I guess I'd go for goalball. I've played around with it a little at a training center in Brazil and it's so freaking hard to simply roll the ball towards each other, let alone actually play a game :yikes: 

 

Also, I am assuming this is about summer specifically, otherwise we'd get a whole different list :d
