it's over...Montenegro win against Norway...:yikes:

I just can't imagine the Olympic Games without Norway...

Yeah, this can't even be compared to Croatia on the men's side because they were kinda weak at the 2021 WCh while Norway... well, they won ECh 2020. :d

I can already see this group finishing with all 3 teams with 2 points and at the end MNE being the 3rd ranked despite winning a huge scalp in the opener..

this is just a classic script, I mean, I have seen it soooo many times, last memory SVK Ice Hockey in PC 2018

Naaa... +5 is a very good score that almost locks their qualification up...

Meanwhile Serbia were back to -1, but then Russia started a 5 goal break that basically closed the game...

Now Russia have a 4 goal lead with less than 5 mini tour be played...

Let's say it was expected outcome on some way, Russia is just too strong for us. Really don't know what to expect tomorrow, Hungary play at home... I hope that we can make surprise but I am not optimistic at all.

However I am very pleased with Montenegrin result today.

I think it's 50-50, I wouldn't call it a surprise if you beat us, we were a bit sloppy against Kazakhstan as always. I don't expect anything from us, this team has disappointed me too many times over the years.

I knew that we're gonna lose by the biggest margin at the end in regards to the entire game. It's just so predictable with us in handball.

    • Yes, but Geiger and Wellinger have both achieved some success in major events, while Paschke hasn't. Geiger certainly has a better chance in Cortina than Paschke at now, but it has to be the his decision to withdraw and give a chance to his team- mate. Otherwise, it wouldn't be fair to him. I don't think Horngacher will force him to withdraw.
