Prashanth 175 Posted March 5, 2017 #5509 Share Posted March 5, 2017 India very badly need a TT, Volleyball and Basketball league to get to International level. we need to develop fencing, gymnastics, Swimming and other non conventional sports which are not famous in India. If we improve in these sports then we can be called a sporting nation rather than cricketing nation. Tokyo - 2020 Go India Go
Prashanth 175 Posted March 5, 2017 #5510 Share Posted March 5, 2017 Once leagues are formed then government should pool money in other sports and leave the established once to the corporates. They will take it forward. Money and crowd will flow in India. Only need of hour is pooling money and resource. India is so huge and once league is formed there are state supporters to come and watch. Kabaddi and basketball is the great example for it.
