In athletics its showing 21...

Dutee quota was 20th.

I think it is only to show the number of players participated, if we do other wise, than hockey will be reduced to 2 from 32.  

Competitors means competitors. dont mix it.

How can you differentiate between two events of Sudha Singh with three events of Gagan Narang, Two events each of Jitu Rai, Heena Siddhu, Chain Singh and Gurpreet Singh.
