I am wondering how could it be with "late reallocation". Sometimes when I check some countries that accepted some quotas, but did not find any eligible athletes. Speaking especially regarding the FIS points, date of last race, etc. If the country wants to nominate an athlete that does not meet the qualification standarts, for example FIS points minimum, does it mean that they would have additionally return the quota because of not having an eligible athlete and there would be "second wave" of reallocation?? -
That's true. Her last race was last year in April. Let's see whether she will be back on piste. If not, does not have any other eligible athletes. Additionally, I also did not find any eligible name for men.....

She has been having a shitty season, especially due to illness, so Ruhpolding absolutely wasn't her normal level. Last season she was way better (and healthier) and due to that she still has a chance on reallocation. But for that I'd refer to the biathlon thread so we can keep it about Nordic combined here -

Gaia Brunello did made the Olympic quota in biathlon? I recently saw her skier on TV and to put it mildly, she doesn't look like someone who grew up and trained in the ITA... Unfortunately, her level is very low if she always skiers like she did in Ruhpolding.
