This rotating overhead camera is a great new addition. Gives so much better and interesting perspective on the table and positioning. Hope they continue to have it in other tournaments as well, but sadly i think it's only for the Shoot-out, as it is the "relaxed" one.

And Vafaei wins it! But for Liang Wenbo's cueing mistake in the SF he wouldn't even be in the final but he played very well during the tournament (highest break as well).

2022 Snooker World Championships has started and :CHN Yan Bingtao beats reigning champion :ENG Mark Selby 13-10 in Round 2. This match featured a 85 minute frame that was longest in Crucible Threate history.

Very close for Ronnie to equal Stephen Hendry's record 7 World Titles (in the modern era). I don't know what has happened to Trump the last few days. He should have lost to Mark Williams in the 1/2 already, after blowing up a 12-5 lead, to go to a deciding frame.
