People who compare WC with Olympic games both have millions of spectators but OG is multi sport , easy to qualify somewhere sadly not the case of WC , you miss it you missed it forever -

Looks like Birmingham will have a very anti Israel council after May local elections. Could be some large scale protests against Israel at the European Athletics encouraged by them. -

If Iran really want to withdraws, so why should Italy take their place instead of another team from the Asian zone? Europe has 16 spots and won't get a single more. Besides, I personally wouldn't want to qualify for the World Cup through the back door.
