Looks like Ireland are trying to get relegated here.... Fintan Dewhisrt just stopped running in the 400 hurdles, NM in long jump, all below par in other events too..... meh, think I will give this a skip this year.

Not seeing the usual contingent of fans either, so maybe priorities are with the age groups & worlds this year.

He just pulled up injured, he did jog around to the finish though for a point so fair play to him. 79.01. Shane Howard finished 11th in the long jump? pretty much bang on expectation. We are fine, just not starting with our better events. Does seem like we needed a much better start to push for promotion.
