By finishing in top 3 Anderson Peters Neeraj Chopra & Julian Webber have all qualified for the Diamond League Finals.
Jakub Vadlejch had already qualified .
The top 4 Men’s Javelin throwers have all made it to the DL finals.
I think after today's last throw he thought that he had done it. It is like there is an invisible force on the 90 m line which always pulls his Javelin before the mark
Indian race walker Bhawna Jat handed 16-month ban for ‘whereabouts failure’ by NADA panel.
Bhawna, who was provisonally suspended last year, will see her ban end in December this year.
89.49m for Chopra in the men’s javelin thro in the 6th round! Another mark over 89m, but still can’t break that elusive 90m barrier.
Peters continues his strong stretch of form with 90.61m in the 6th and final round to take the win (probably one of the most intriguing men’s field events at the moment IMO)
19.64 for Tebogo in the men’s 200m, and he eased up too
Edit: Damn, even more impressive considering he hasn’t trained in the 8 days since winning the Olympic title
