Arinn Young heats up late in the 2nd quarter, scoring 8, as our women’s wheelchair basketball team takes a 29-24 lead over Great Britain at the half in group stage action! We were down 14-22 at one point.

Women’s wheelchair basketball team defeats Great Britain 63-54 to improve to 1-1! 
 

Young was on fire from the latter part of the 2nd quarter onwards

38.610 for Mel Pemble in the final! Will have to wait and see if it’ll be good enough for a medal.

Iulian Ciobanu defeats McGuire 4-2 in men’s BC4 boccia pool play, finishing 2-1 but misses out on a spot in the quarterfinals on a tiebreaker.

Wheelchair rugby team loses to Japan and have been eliminated from Paralympic medal contention. Had to win by 4.
