When was the last time Canada won Gold in the mens and the womens event?

I don’t mean to complain right after winning a gold… but all of the golds that we’ve won are in events that were not heavily (or at least decently) favoured in. So, still bittersweet.

M8 and W8 at the 1992 Olympics.

Yeah - in winter Olympics it was 2018 with the Ski Cross.

In 2014 it was curling and hockey. Also hockey in 2010. And 2002.
