I'm at the Youth Arena, the most beautiful arena I've been so far. Amazing atmosphere, heavy presence of canadian and (especially) Serbian fans. Brazilians just here to watch a great match.

There was a heavy presence of fans from both teams, I was surprised (plus some americans from the previous match). In the end, I think most people were amazed by how Canada managed to win this match.

I won't say referees decided the match but they were really bad. Nevertheless, there's no excuse that we made 6 technical fouls in 2 matches, that's probably the world record.

Curry is going to miss Olympics, he wants to rest. There are rumours Lebron, Westbrook and Igoudala are also considering participation because of Zika virus threat.

 

LaMarcus Aldridge is also out while Kevin Durant says he still plans to play.

While i think that our team is still so insanely deep that they should be able to win regardless, they are making it closer and closer, but few more players drop and i will start getting 2004 flashbacks.

USA is just too deep for someone to have a chance to beat them. Spain's peak is in the past as well, now they are not so strong like before and we don't know will brothers Gasol play in Rio. I think they will play but who knows. Anyway with even without Curry just look at the depth at point guard position. Insane. Westbrook, Lillard, Irving..

Personally I'm hoping for a late call for dangelo russel but its tokyo 2020 for him

he may get a call for select team to train and play against top team in vegas during preparation period but he has no room in the top team

Jerry Collangelo who is basicaly head of USA basketball said in an interview that they have two rosters in mind for Olympics, one with and one without Lebron James. He will make his decision after the NBA finals which are underway. They will release a list of 14 or 15 players for camp before June 27th.

      The women's weights are okay given the distribution of competitors. The men's weights are definitely underweight. Adding 2-3kg in each event would make it more balanced.
