Not a great run by Margaglio… 0.73 back of current leader  Bos

0.02 behind current leader  Bos after 10 athletes

After one run,  Kimberly Bos leads with 58.18, ahead of  Halle Clarke in second with 58.20 and  Tabitha Stoecker in third with 58.25

Very tight between the top 11 or so, a lot can change in the next three runs.

What disaster for Bos 

Surprising, Clarke on the lead after 2 runs.

First two runs for men’s and women’s skeleton were on today. 
 

For the women,  Hallie Clarke leads on 1:57.17, ahead of  Tabitha Stoecker (1:57.20) and  Hannah Neise (1:57.23). Very tight in the rankings, realistically there’s probably around 15 athletes still in the mix for a medal. 

 

For the men, it’s looking like it’ll be a two-man race for gold with  Christopher Grotheer and  Matt Weston seperated by only 0.04 (1:54.30 to 1:54.34), with both around 7/10th of a second faster than current third place  Yin Zheng (1:55.03). Anyone from top 12 and higher is still in the mix for the bronze medal though.

Gold-  Christopher Grotheer (3:44.91)

Silver-  Matt Weston (3:45.14)

Bronze-  Yin Zheng (3:45.92)
