Or one year when India sent an entire telenovela action sequence and the song was 8 minutes or something. Other examples where you're doing a disservice is when you upload a live version and the audio is scuffed or the singer is not having a good day, or a musician screws up something, because it's not retouched in the studio. Or songs that had really bad mixing engineers and were unlistenable through headphones. There's a lot of things that can make a song shine as there are a lot of things that can hurt it from the quality aspect. I don't judge a song on the video and if I love the song enough I will seek it out happily.
