Diving at the Summer Olympic Games 2016

Yeah ok.  North Korea's divers were totally off sync yet get 9's for synchronization.  Canadians are mirror images and get 8.5's.

Looks like Canada will finish fourth. Judges are way over scoring North Korea.

Absolutely.  Just asked my friend, "Who's judging this?  Kim Jung Un?"

So you have the Chinese, who can fall off the board and still get 9's and the North Koreans who apparently can do no wrong.  Not much room left on that podium.

I wasn't wishing ill will towards the Norks, but they had to miss a dive completely in order to get the marks they deserved.  Malaysia was very good today.  The Chinese, like I said, could slip off the platform and still fall gracefully enough to get top marks.  The British gave a good showing, too.

What's going on with the Philippines' Diving team this year? I saw a short clip of a couple of their athletes performing some pretty rough dives. Has anyone else noticed this before?
