Bedard is not going to the World Championships because of an injury he is rehabbing from even though he wanted to go play for Canada.

Even without Bedard Canada's still looking to have a really good team with Celebrini, Tavares, Scheifele Barzal and Thomas. I doubt McDavid goes but maybe Crosby or Bouchard go now that they are out of the playoffs

McDavid suffered a fractured foot in the series vs Anaheim, so he's definitely done for the season (I don't think he would go in any case, but still)
