The South American RS:X and 470 Championships are this week with Olympic quotas being awarded to the highest ranked eligible boat.

 

Here are the eligible nations (so far registered)

 

Men's RS:X - :ARG:BRA:VEN

Women's RS:X - :ARG:VEN

Men's 470 - :ARG:BRA

Women's 470 - :ARG

Looks like Brazil's athlete in the men's event didn't show up.

The results page for the women's 470 seems to imply Argentina is sailing by herself :p
