  9 Nations, 2 Groups, the 1st Nations from each Group will qualify for the Final, the 3rd and 4th Nations from each Group will qualify for the Bronze Medal Match

4 Nations, Bronze Medal Match, Gold Medal Match, the winning Nation will be the Men's Basketball Tournamnt st the Islands Games 2023 Champion
