that loss is hurting Germany's chances to qualify...
I don't think that they will be able to pass Italy in the ranking, so their only chance is that Italy overtakes Korea (i.e. direct quotas for Hungary, Italy and France)

Yeah, Italy will have to overtake the US or Korea for Germany to qualify. It will be very important for Germany that the loser of :KOR v :USA will also lose the 3rd medal against :FRA or :HUN

hungary for the european quota? poland and italy in the top 4?

It will be :SUI, they got a big advantage over us thanks to their upset against France. :HUN and :UKR still have a chance, but they will have to work extra hard to overtake Switzerland.

they find Women's Teams 'participation in WCs and GP are way too luxurious for the current financial problems Egypt is suffering and finding Dollars which's a problem in the whole country , so i guess they wouldn't change their minds and i don't really care  what is the point of qualification and losing with 30 points gap at least

Well, the funny thing is, there's a mathematical chance that you qualify even if you don't attend the World Cup events. There are so few teams in women's foil that you might still be in the WR Top16 with only your African gold and your WCh 16th place.
