Really disappointing results within the :ENG team.

The singles guys were always going to be up against it, but to only be able to manage 1 win across the 3 doubles disciplines should be a real source of worry as the window for Olympic qualification opens. They've got to be hoping for a major upturn in form pretty soon because based on their current world rankings, Team GB would struggle to qualify more than 3 athletes.

    • Yes, but Geiger and Wellinger have both achieved some success in major events, while Paschke hasn't. Geiger certainly has a better chance in Cortina than Paschke at now, but it has to be the his decision to withdraw and give a chance to his team- mate. Otherwise, it wouldn't be fair to him. I don't think Horngacher will force him to withdraw.
