If there's one country in the world that's known for succesfully fighting the water, it's the Netherlands. I'm not afraid  (I am definitely worried for countries like Bangladesh though)

all what you have to do is drinking much , you organize contests of " who will not pee until the next year" and you drink you drink again & again all the stock of water  , and things will be OK
