Mikaela Shiffrin off the podium today (Edit: Oops...I thought this was slalom, not Giant Slalom.). Nina Astner entered the 2nd run in 30th place, but had the best second run, jumping up 18 places to 12th. -

Tough morning for W Giant Slalom...almost 30% of the field DNFed. -

Point for me i reckon 16 year old D'Antonio is set to make her WC debut in tomorrows slalom, without having a single Europa Cup race.
