Well what an ideal outcome for the organisers. And the best team won it, although :GER also deserved plaudits in the tournament.

Honestly though, the atmosphere has been overhyped somewhat. But I understand the media getting carried away, and the football itself was good.

As now we come across the world
To share these Games of old
Let all the flags of every land
In brotherhood unfold
