I'm not familiar with the minimum participation rules and medal allocation procedures set by ODEBO. Maybe @Fer GUA can give a better answer. I do know that minimum participation rules can affect viability of events and/or medal allocations at the Commonwealth Games, Central American and Caribbean Games and Mediterranean Games. -
Am I right that, if there's less than 3 competitors, only the winner gets a medal?

Bears HC Matt Eberflus has been fired. It was always the case that if something goes wrong with Caleb Williams development Eberflus would be the first to go and QB has actually improved after a shaky September but the current losing streak if hilariously bad given the circumstances (Hail Mary, blocked FG and the Lions debacle). It's the first time Bears have fired a coach mid-season and they are in the league since the very start (1920).
