HC Košice beat Nitra tonight 4-2 in the 5th game and won the whole Quarterfinal Series 4-1

Yestreday we had a special gala "All-stars Slovak hockey legends Game"  and Nela Lopušanová (who else) was picked the MVP of the match (with the likes of Hossa´s, Bondra, Handzuš and many others playing).

 

Great move from the organizers to introduce her to Slafkovsky (special guest of the gala) though. Man, I do believe majority of Slovaks hope they both spend some time together, with such a gene pool, their eventual children would eventually be hockey magicians and Slovak hockey would be solved for a few years I guess

Bratislava will host the Development Cup 2023 which will start tomorrow

 

Sadly withdrew, so only 5 nations will compete @OlympicIRL &
