Good question! Getting info on PG paracycling quotas is one of the toughest tasks in all of sport.

Para Cycling had only two updates so far. One at the beginning of qualifications, and other last month (but according to them, their rankings are from January).

 

Once it is quite complex, and they are not precise to update it. We have decided to do just one more update at the end of qualification.
