Judging by the range allocation documents, Greenland is present  

 

Some other small nations too of course, but nothing too exotic. I think Idre is being skipped by quite a few of these small teams because the travel to Sweden for an IBU Cup that includes a pursuit competition (which it shouldn't) is just not worth it. It has two sprints though, but most likely most 'exotic' teams will have a heavy focus on the 2nd trimester when travel + program fits much better.

Ukaleq Slettemark is not competing with/against her mom, but at least her dad is present

I like that  Otto Invenius, who is born in 2000, starts one minute after  Slettemark, who is born in 1967.
