  1. Well, no. Matches against SVK does not count. ITA has better goal difference against FRA than NED. Italy top the group even if they win by 1 goal. In the semis ITA will play HUN and NED choosed GRE.
  2. no worries, not gonna happen. pretty sure this one will end ugly. 3rd day in a row against much much stronger opponents is too much for our young girls, this wil be a double digit blowout and Italy will score more than 20 for sure and even if they will run the score also in the last period, they may score more than 30 goals
  3. I understand your point obviously. Well, Stupid or not. I just hope you will play at your 100 % and score as many goals as possible, it would definitely be much fairer also for our girls than not playing and just sabotage the match on purpose. playing against italy is an honor for our young girls and an experience these girls may very well never experience again, they definitely don't want you to play only for some 20% and give us such "fake win" gift
  4. I do not see you scoring so many own goals and keep it at least a bit "credible"
  5. The answer arrived already the next day.. President of the International Hockey Federation (IIHF), René Fasel, said that he would not consider Lithuania's offer to host the 2021 World Champs together with Latvia. Look how suddenly the guy can be quick in answering and saying No ! He also announced that the IIHF Council would decide on the substitute venue for the championship on January 26 or 27. After talking to Fasel via videochat, Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Simonyte said that the country has everything needed to hold a couple of the World Championships 2021 matches. On January 18, The IIHF Council stripped Belarus from co-hosting the tournament officially "due to security reasons". Which opened also a problem, since Latvia has only one arena with the required criterias for organizing the World Championships. Lithuania has promptly reacted and sent official letters to Latvia and the IIHF assuring them that it is ready to help their neighbours and if necessary hold some of the matches. "We have the infrastructure needed for a tournament of this level. Here in Lithuania and in our neighbouring country Latvia, the organization of the championship is more convenient considering also the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. We have relevant experience of organizing successful events in this period, "said Simonyte according to TASS agency. Fasel confirmed the interview, but declined the offer: "I had a video conference with the prime minister. First of all, I am very grateful to the Lithuanian Government for its willingness to help us. But we have already negotiated with Bratislava, Denmark and Riga. Denmark and Slovakia have good experience with the organization of the tournament in 2018 and 2019. I very much appreciate the offer of Lithuania and the willingness to help us, but too many candidates for the tournament do not make sense in this case."

  11. Day 2 Results A - 7-7 (2:1, 1:2, 3:3, 1:1) - 17-9 (5:2, 1:5, 6:1, 5:1) NED 3 ITA 3 FRA 2 SVK 0 B - 23-6 (7:2, 6:3, 5:1, 5:0) - 20-1 (7:0, 3:0, 5:1, 5:0) HUN 4 GRE 4 KAZ 0 ISR 0
  12. No, it is correct, our federation posted a short news confirming the 2 girls going to represent the country in Poland, and no single word about Petra to be found anywhere
  13. was the french girls scoring to the wrong net in the 2nd period or what is this ?
  14. Oh, It was not supposed to be a disrespectful or underestimating post. I apologize if it sounded like that.
  15. Imagine GRE somehow beat you by some lucky goal or so...not realistic I know, but just imagine the consequences, they would top the group and Italy will then want to finish 2nd of our group. what they will have to do to lose to SVK ? I guess score a lot of own goals, because there no other way to achieve it
