Giornata meravigliosa per lo snowboard italiano Sulle nevi di casa dell'Alpe di Susi Emiliano Lauzi scrive la storia dello slopestyle azzurro concludendo in quarta posizione, mai nessun azzurro aveva fatto tanto in coppa. L'azzurro è arrivato dietro di circa mezzo punto allo statunitense Lyon Farrel.. punteggio molto discutibile visto gli errori evidenti in atteraggio nei primi due salti. Nella tarda mattinata invece lo squadrone FISI riesce ad issare per due volte la bandiera italiana sul gradino più alto del podio, Michela Moioi domina sin dalle qualificazioni continuando la sua meravigliosa stagione mentre Fishanller, grazie la vittoria in una Winterberg ampliamente colorata di azzurro (ben 7 azzurri qualificati) riesce a vincere anche la coppetta di PSL! Lunga vita allo snowboard azzurro
